The Bear & Blacksmith Farm
We have built our own butchery, and are fortunate enough to have Kristian in our team who is a trained butcher. This means we can hang our beef for the optimal time, and cut everything to our requirements, using the maximum amount of every animal.
The hands on approach
Firm believers in responsibly sourcing all their produce, The Bear & Blacksmith haven’t stopped at just a Kitchen Garden, looking after their own livestock means that they know exactly how well looked the animals are.
