Beesands scallops, spiced cauliflower puree & pea gel

Whole baked truffle camembert with apple chutney & toast

Chicken satay with peanut sauce, toasted sesame seeds & coriander dressing

Mains

Bear & Blacksmith Farm slow roasted belly pork, dauphinois potatoes, roasted carrot puree & apple and pork jus

Chivelstone Barton 28 day hung fillet steak, celeriac puree, shallot marmalade, confit garlic, potato croquette, chard, rich port jus

Pan fried Salcombe bass fillet, chilli, garlic & Salcombe handpicked crab cake, buttery spinach with a tomato, basil & shallot salsa

Chargrilled brassicas with a cashew cream, cauliflower puree, walnuts, & a brassica stem salad (vegan)

Trio of chocolate; espresso chocolate mousse, salted caramel brownie, mini pecan cup, frozen raspberries & sea salt white chocolate sauce
