Starters
Beesands scallops, cauliflower puree and shredded pork
Camembert and fig tart with fig salsa and sesame seed dressing
Pan fried chicken livers on toasted sour dough with shallots garlic and parsley

Mains
Coleridge farm duck breast with confit duck leg, hassel back potatoes, crispy kale and Cumberland sauce
Local pan-fried bass fillet with seafood tagliatelle and coriander oil
Bear and Blacksmith vegan lasagna with a lime dressed salad
Local 8oz sirloin steak, balsamic roasted shallots, cherry vine tomatoes and field mushroom with rustic chips & pepper sauce

Sweets
Chocolate bomb filled with baileys ice cream and served with warm chocolate sauce
Gluten free pear and almond tart served with clotted cream
Rich lemon posset and biscotti biscuit
